Hello and welcome!
The answer is absolutely! I am currently growing some CBD strains for my wife.
You can obtain cannabis plants with a variety of different traits, and one very important trait is how much THC and how much CBD a cannabis plant will typically produce, usually measured as a percentage potency (i.e. 18% THC), or in ratio to each other (20:1). Unfortunately the Ratios are used inconsistently sometimes 20:1, sometimes 1:20 - so always check the details as to what that specific vendor means.
ILGM has several CBD focuses strains

And there are US companies as well, and some strains that are high in CBD, but still strong presence of THC for a calm and cerebral high.
